Jilin holds int'l ice and snow tourism industry expo

Jilin holds the 2nd China Jilin International Ice and Snow Tourism Industry Expo and 23th China Jilin International Rime Ice and Snow Festival from December, 2017 to March, 2018, in Jilin city, northeast China's Jilin province.

According to a press conference, events are sponsored by the China Ice and Snow Tourism Promotion Confederation, and hosted by the Jilin Province Tourism Development Commission, Jilin municipal government and China Tourism Academy under the guidance of China National Tourism Administration.

Themed with'join in us in Jilin, a sacred place of ice and snow,' events serve to make the province a large ice and sown industry province, a large ice and snow tourism province, and a world-class tourist destination.

The exhibition zone of this expo is located on the folk culture street of Shennong park in Jilin city. The zone covers an area of 160,000 square meters, with interior exhibition area of 60,000 and outdoor area of 100,000 square meters. 270 enterprises form 11 provinces participate.

The interior exhibition area is divided into 7 exhibits including Jilin provincial ice and snow resources exhibit, China Ice and Snow Tourism Promotion Confederation and domestic tourism exhibit, equipment exhibit, farming exhibit, gourmet exhibit, specialty and souvenir exhibits.

The outdoor exhibition displays lanterns, folklore, snow and ice, kart, snow removing and making devices, and snow motorcycle.
