Jilin promotes red tourism on China's Tourism Day

Themed with environmental friendly tourism, an activity was held in the Changying Century City, Changchun city, the capital of northeast China's Jilin province for the China's National Tourism Day on May 19, 2018.

The activity of red tour was organized by the Jilin Province Tourism Development Commission, Changchun municipal government, Changchun City Tourism Administration, and Party History Research Center of CPC Changchun Municipal Committee.

The activity was presided over by Qu Xiao, director of the Changchun City Tourism Administration. Chen Shoujun, deputy director of the Jilin Province Tourism Development Commission, addressed the activity and announced the start of red tour. Wei Yuejun, vice director of Party History Research Center of CPC Changchun Municipal Committee, and Zhang Zhanduo, vice director of Changchun City Tourism Administration, respectively introduced the red tourism resources and products in Changchun city. Lu Fujian, deputy secretary-general of Changchun municipal government, presented the flag for the tour.

The red tour routes and products were also launched at the event. The first four tour routes have been devised and developed to present Changchun city as the red historical and cultural city that it is. These routes shall be used to signify the city's culture.

Besides plentiful activities aiming to provide people more excellent, environmental friendly, safe, easy and favorable tourism products and services, preferential policies on tourism are announced to provide better tourism resources to visitors from all around the world in various regions in Changchun city and Jilin province to celebrate China's National Tourism Day.
