Songhua Lake Kaijiang Fish Food Festival

This is a large festival based on the Songhua Lake and its rich fish resources. Beginning in 2006, it is held at the end of April every year.
With the theme of “tasting the delicious Kaijiang fish and food and touring the glamorous river city”, the festival is aimed to publicize and promote the tourist brand of the Kaijiang fish of the Songhua Lake and enhance the city’s popularity and image by means of selecting famous restaurants of fish dishes and auction of extra big fish.
