Hunchun Fangchuan Scenic Area (AAAA-level scenic area)

Hunchun Fangchuan Scenic Area is located in the southeast of Hunchun, where China borders with Russia and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. To its southeast is Khasan, Primorsky Territory, Russia, and to its southwest, across the river, is Tumangang, DPRK. The Hunchun Fangchuan Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist site, and one of the eight most famous scenic areas in Jilin Province. There is a saying about Fangchuan, that the chirps of wild geese and growls of tigers can be heard in three countries at the same time. There are a dozen of scenic spots in the area, such as A Glance at Three Countries, Dragon-Tiger Pavilion, Tu-character Stone Tablet, Korean Village, Yangguanping Levee, Dune Park, Lotus Lake, Quanhe Port, etc.
