Zhuque Mountain Scenic Area

The Zhuque Mountain is famous for its precipitous steep and grotesque rocks. The nature gifted the mountain with 23 unique sightseeing spots, with the “pig stone” as the major one. Myths and legends about eight immortals, sunbird’s protection for human beings and general in heaven brings happiness to humans add flavor to the charm of the Zhuque Mountain.

There are facilities including a large ski field and real-person CS field operation. There are also scientific and educational facilities such as paleontology and fossil exhibition hall and botanic garden as well as service facilities including tourist center and hotel.

A big temple, Bodhi Temple, has also been built.

Transportation:

Start off from Changchun on highway, pass by Jiutai City and arrive in Jilin City, which will take about one hour and 20 minutes. Exiting the highway, drive southwards along Yueshang Road, pass the overpass of Desheng Road to Songjiang Middle Road via Beida Street, and pass the Jilin Bridge to Jilin Street and then Jifeng Road East. You’ll arrive 10 km afterwards.
