Wild boar meat

As a game with quality meat, wild boar is not only tasty but also rich in nutrition. Compared with domestic pigs, wild boars are higher in protein content, especially crude protein, and lower in fat. In particular, they have mostly lean meat, which contain 29 percent less cholesterol than domestic ones. Wild boars are also rich in microelements and contain 17 kinds of amino acid need by the human body. In addition, the content of linoleic acid needed to reduce blood fat in human bodies in wild boars is 2.5 times that in domestic pigs. Therefore wild boar meat confirms to the requirement of a modern diet. It helps to prevent coronary heart disease caused by arteriosclerosis, cerebrovascular diseases and treat gastrointestinal bleeding.
