Located in Shanmen Town, Tiedong District, Siping City, Erlang Mountain Resort boasts both splendid natural landscape and profound religious culture, historical stories and age-old legends. Every year on April 8, 18 and 28 on the lunar calendar, there are boisterous temple fairs. When you walk onto the steps upward, a lofty stone memorial archway comes into sight on which are inscribed the four big Chinese characters Er Lang Shan Zhuang (means Erlang Mountain Resort) handwritten by Fu Jie.

On the mountain is an 150-meter-long antique corridor, which is composed of the Pingbu Pavilion, Foquan Pavilion, Yuanyang Pavilion and Chuihua Gate. On the altar is a white jade statue of Erlang, with a whip in hand, and the deified dog, named “Xiaotian” beside.
