The Zhaodaji Mountain is 45 km north to the downtown of Huadian City and 50 km to Jiangcheng. The altitude of the main peak is 1,258 meters and is the second highest peak in Jilin. In 2003, it is named an AAA-level National Forest Park. The Zhaodaji Mountain National Forest Park occupies an area of 14,128 hectares with forest coverage reaching more than 90 percent. It has three natural scenic zones including the Jigong Peak, Nanlou Mountain and the Red-Leaf Valley with 28 scenic spots such as Rock of Book from Heaven and the Phoenix Fall.
