Hadashan Wine

Hadashan Wine makers use various enzymes of Luzhou Daqu wine to ferment high-quality sorghum of northeast China and superior rice produced in Qianguoguan district in diastatic way. These materials will be fermented for thirty days with the mud created by people with acetogen. When it comes to distillation, different layers of the distilled wine will be stored in different ways. With these in place, the Hadashan wine becomes an ideal wine blending the strong smell of Luzhou Daqu with the rich tastes of wine typical of northeast China. Hadashan Wine has been regarded as the city wine by Songyuan People’s Government.
