Northeast Normal University Museum of Natural History

Established on July 20, 1987, the museum covers an area of four hectares with a structure area of 14700 square meters, and an exhibition area of 6000 square meters. There are more than 30,000 numbers of natural collections, including animals, plants, ancient fossils, human bodies, minerals, rocks, meteorites and so on, among which the number of fossil samples of extinct animals in northeast China is over 4000 pieces and the number of samples of large rare animals is 7000 pieces.
