Jilin makes Top 10 rankings for tourism influence

Jilin Province made three of the top 10 rankings for tourism influence announced at the Annual Conference on China's Tourism Development 2019 in Beijing on January 23.

The three rankings were respectively for marketing (Beautiful Jilin is Waiting for You marketing program), for self-driving tourism destinations (Changbai Mountain Scenic Area) and for resorts (Vanke Songhua River Resort), indicating Jilin's rising influence in the tourism industry with its branding efforts.

Themed "New Era · New Vision · New Communication · New Momentum," the Annual Conference on China’s Tourism Development 2019 was endorsed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and sponsored by China Tourism Press House.

The event not only summarized the tourism industry achievements made in 2018 but also gave an outlook on 2019 while encouraging cross-industry exchanges and cooperation to help culture and tourism better integrate and achieve high-quality development.

The Chinese Tourism Industry Influence Report 2018 was also released on the occasion.
