Jilin folk duet popular among Shigatse audiences

A song-and-dance duet artistic performance was staged on June 20 in Shigatse, Tibet autonomous region.

To deepen cultural exchanges between Jilin and Tibet and show Jilin's characteristic cultural and artistic works, Jilin has selected its best performers and artists from across the province to take part in the performance.

The humorous and refreshing styles of the song-and-dance duet performance, which is extremely popular in Northeast China, also proved popular among Shigatse audiences, and has helped to deepen their understanding of the folk culture in Jilin.
