Overseas Chinese media representatives visit Changchun film studio

The annual meeting of the Overseas Chinese Media Cooperation Organization was held in Changchun on Dec. 11.

A total of 104 representatives of 72 media outlets of 27 countries and regions took part in the event. They visited the Changchun Film Studio Group Corporation, the cradle of China's film industry.

After visiting the museum of the studio, the visitors said that the studio records memories of the nation's growth, and is an epitome of the development of Chinese films. They hoped the studio can continue to promote Chinese films around the world.

Han Jiwen from the Overseas Chinese Media Cooperation Organization said that it is hoped the members of the organization can take the opportunity to tell the extraordinary Chinese stories, such as those of the Changchun film studio, to the world.
