5th Jilin fine art, calligraphy and photography exhibition opens

To mark the centenary of the Communist Party of China, promote traditional Chinese culture and facilitate the integration of culture and tourism, the 5th Jilin Fine Art, Calligraphy and Photography Exhibition opened at the Jilin Provincial Cultural Center on June 22.

Sponsored by the Jilin Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the event also aimed to meet people's increasing cultural needs and enliven their cultural life.

The works on show were all wining entries of the 5th Jilin Fine Art, Calligraphy and Photography Contest. Altogether 350 works entered the contest, among which 55 won the first prize, 87 the second prize and 128 the third prize.
