The red bulls on the grassland grow fast and are high in productivity. They are used to the cold weather in north China. The meat is bright red in color while the fat is white or milk white. The cut section shows obvious marble patterns. The fiber in muscles is clear. The texture of the meat is fine, tender and juicy. When cooked, it gives a unique cowy flavor.
